Eligibility Criteria for AP New Rice card

All the eligibility requirements for the Andhra Pradesh Ration Card from what should be the income limit to what should be the monthly electricity consumption unit in order to be eligible to apply are mentioned below.

• People from the rural area with a “monthly earning of less than 10,000” of the entire family together have the eligibility to apply for the ration card. And people from the urban area with a monthly earning of 12000 of the entire family are eligible.
• Not a single member of the family should be an income taxpayer.
• Should not “own a 4-wheeler by any member of the family“. However, these are exempted- Taxi, Auto and tractors.
• Government employees or pensioners are not eligible for this. However, sanitary workers are exempted.
• The family’s land holding must be either less than 3 acres of wetland or 10 acres of dry land or Wetland and dry land together 10 acres.
• Permanent resident of Andra Pradesh.
• Families from Urban areas with either having “property less than 750 square foot” or own no property are eligible to apply.
• The electricity consumption per month has to be less than 300 units.

• Identity proof such Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card etc.

• Income Certificate.

• First, visit the “Meeseva Portal“.
• Then register yourself and generate login ID and password.
• Now, log into your account by entering the login ID and password.
• Next, fill the “AP Ration Card application form“. Fill every detail properly.

• Now after attaching the documents, again recheck the details, and click on submit.

How to Check the AP Rice Card Status?

In order to check the AP Ration Card details you need either your ration card number or your Aadhaar Card number. Below mentioned are the steps that you need to follow to check:

• At first, you have to visit the “official web portal of EPDS AP“.

• Then you will land on the homepage. Once you are on the homepage, go to the ‘Public Reports’ from the menu bar.

• Next, a drop down menu will appear. From the drop down menu, click on the ‘Rice Card Status’.

• When you click on the ‘Rice Card Status’, a new page will be displayed on the screen. Now you are required to enter either the Ration Card number or the Aadhaar Card number.

• Once, you enter either of the required numbers, and submit then your “Ration Card Details” will be displayed.

Download and Print the Andhra Pradesh Ration Card Online

• Firstly, visit the official website of the EPDS AP.
• Once you will land on the homepage of the official website then you need to scroll down.

• Once, you land on the homepage of the official website then go to the ‘Public Reports’ from the menu bar of the website and from the drop down menu, click on the ‘Key Register ‘.
• Once you click on the ‘Key Register ‘ then a new page will be displayed on the screen, and you will be required to select- a version, Mandal, District, FPS No.

• Then a new page of the “AP Card Ration list” will be displayed where you can check your name.

Check FPS details

• You can also check the details of Fair price shop on Portal. To check this you have to visit Aadhaar enabled Public Distribution System website.

• After that You have to click on FPS Tab and Sub menu will appear. Here you have to click on FPS details.

• Now Select District and click on Submit . After submission list all FPS will appear on screen in selected district.

Steps to file a grievance online

• Firstly, you have to visit the official website. On the homepage of the official website go to the ‘Apply For‘ and click on  ‘Grievance’.

• Once you click on ‘Grievance’ the grievance form will be displayed on the screen.

• Next enter the Ration Card number or UID no.

• Now click on ‘Submit’. Follow if any further process is required.

• Then an ID is going to be generated. Keep the ID safe for future reference.

• Now, when you want to check the grievance status then you have to visit the official website. Go to the ‘Status Check‘ from the menu bar of the homepage, and click on Grievance. Enter the grievance ID, and then the status will be displayed.
